Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. You can search for my General B License Number 907901 or by my name on the Contractors State License Board.

How much does a project cost?
The cost varies significantly depending on the kind of project, the quality of the material, and your expectations.

How long does it take to complete a project?
The timing of the completion of a project depends on the amount of details requested and the client's surety of what he/she wants. If a client decided to change his/her plans along the way, it will take longer to complete the project. For example, a typical kitchen in a-three-bedroom-2-bath house that requires new cabinets, lighting, countertops, and floor will take about a week. Possible factors that could lengthen the time would be: request for custom-made cabinets, revising original requests, and etc.

How much does an estimate cost?
Estimates are free. If you would like a no-obligation estimate of any project, you can set up an appointment for us to come to your house and review your project ideas. An estimate is usually provided within 2 days to a week after meeting with the client.

What is the quality of your work?
I am a detailed-oriented person when it comes to construction projects. I enjoy what I do, so I have high expectations of myself to produce quality work. You can see the photos of some of my projects online. You can also request references from my previous clients. Available upon request.

Do you work with an interior designer?
I have an interior designer that I could recommend. I am also willing to work with an interior designer of your choice.

Do you use sub contractors?
We generally do not use sub contractors because most clients prefer that a member of our team oversees the entire project. This provides quality control, meeting timelines, and good communication with the client.
